A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portions of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of March 1960.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of public reserve situated in Block I, Mahurangi Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 14·5 Part Allotment 165, Hoteo Parish; coloured sepia on plan.
0 0 23 Part Allotment 165, Hoteo Parish; coloured sepia on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161202 (S.O. 41227) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of a public domain described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of March 1960.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 4·5 perches, situated in Block VII, Mahurangi Survey District, Warkworth Town District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 49, Parish of Mahurangi; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 144135 (S.O. 37857) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

ALL those pieces of public domain situated in the Borough of Taupo described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161177 (S.O. 39940) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
