THE liquidator of David Silk Ltd. which is being wound up voluntarily doth hereby fix the 21st day of March 1960 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Pensioners’ Flats Loan 1959 of £19,000
THE following resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Henderson Borough Council held on the 15th day of February 1960:
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Henderson Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £19,000 authorised to be raised by the Henderson Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of providing accommodation for aged persons, the said Henderson Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of forty-four hundredths of a penny (0·44d.) in the pound (£) on the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property in the Borough of Henderson; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Pensioners’ Flats Loan 1959, £4,500
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and of every other power in that behalf enabling it, the Mount Albert Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the principal, interest, and other charges on a loan of £4,500 known as the Pensioners’ Flats Loan 1959 of £4,500 for the purpose of providing suitable accommodation for aged people, the Mount Albert Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of decimal nought nought two eight of a penny (·0028d.) in the pound (£) on the rateable value on the basis of the capital value of all rateable property in the Borough of Mount Albert; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and shall be payable yearly on the 31st day of March in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
Given under the Common Seal of the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Mount Albert, this 26th day of February 1960.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the One Tree Hill Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £2,600 authorised to be raised for the purpose of completing the construction of pensioners’ flats in Raurenga Avenue, the said One Tree Hill Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-twentieth of a penny (1/20d.) in the pound (£) (on the basis of the annual value)
