Stream, and proceeding north-easterly generally to and up
the middle of that stream to a point in line with the south-
eastern boundary of Ahirau 1A, to and along that boundary,
the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Ahirau 2F,
and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the
middle of the Mangarueke Stream, up the middle of that
stream to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Papa-
korokoro 2A 1, to and along that boundary to the middle of
the Mangaoae Stream, up the middle of that stream to a
point in line with the generally south-western boundary of
Papakorokoro 9E, to and along that boundary, the western
boundaries of Papakorokoro 9d, 9c, 9B, to Trig. Station 144
(Ahi-o-te-atua) in Block XIV, Waingaromia Survey Dis-

thence southerly generally along the north-eastern and south-

of the Gisborne-Ormond via Waiohika Main Highway No.

the Whakatane-Gisborne via Waioeka State Highway No.

middle of Farmers Road, along the middle of
Farmers Road to the middle of Bushmere Road;
thence northerly generally along the middle of Bush-
mere Road, the middle of Bloomfield Road to a point in line
with the south-western boundary of part Lot 23, D.P. 712,
in Block I, Turanganui Survey District, to and along that
boundary, the south-western boundary of Section 93, Block I,
Turanganui Survey District, the south-western boundaries of
parts Lots 23 and 24, D.P. 712, and the production of the

All that area in the Gisborne Land District bounded by a
line commencing at Trig. Station Maungapohatu in Block XII,
Ruatahuna Survey District, and proceeding south-easterly
along a right line in the direction of Trig. Station Puketapu
(in Block VII, Tuahu Survey District), to its intersection
with the western boundary of part Lot 2, L.T. 619 (the
western boundary of Block III, Tuahu Survey District),
northerly along the western boundary of said part Lot 2
and its production to and along the western boundary of
part Lot 18, D.P. 1970, to the northernmost corner of that lot,
south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of said Lot
18 to the intersection with the northern boundary of Lot 23,
D.P. 1952 in Block III, Tuahu Survey District; thence north-
easterly generally along the generally north-western boun-
daries of the Cook County hereinbefore described to the
easternmost corner of Section 3, Block XI, Waingaromia Sur-
vey District; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern
boundary of Section 4, Block XI, Waingaromia Survey Dis-
trict and its production to the middle of a public road,
northerly generally along the middle of that road to the
middle of Waipu Inland Road, south-westerly generally
along the middle of that road to a point in line with the
north-eastern boundary of part Lot 3, D.P. 1696, north-
westerly to and along the said north-eastern boundary of part
Lot 3 and of Lot 11, D.P. 1696, and the production of the
last-mentioned boundary to the middle of the Waingaromia
River; thence northerly generally up the middle of that
river to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary
of Waipaoa 3B, to and along that boundary, the gene-
rally eastern boundaries of Waipaoa No. 2, the south-
eastern boundary of Section 1, Block IX, Tutamoi
Survey District, its production across a closed road,
the south-eastern boundary of Section 2, Block IX, its pro-
duction across a public road, the south-eastern boundary of
Section 2, Block V, its production across a public road, the
south-eastern boundary of Section 1, Block VI, the abutment
of road reserve to the right bank of the Mata River, along
that bank to a point in line with the south-western boundary
of Huiarua No. 3; thence north-westerly generally to and along
the south-western and western boundaries of that block to its
intersection with a right line between Trig. Station Arowhana
(Block IV, Arowhana Survey District) and Trig. Station
Kapua (Block V, Hikurangi Survey District, along that right
line to Trig. Station Arowhana, along a right line in the
direction of Trig. Station 139 (Block X, Arowhana Survey
District) to the north-eastern boundary of Waipaoa 1E, along
