Revoking Foreshore Licence at Point Curtis, Kaipara Harbour

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that the licence granted on the 15th day of November 1957* to the Port Curtis Cruising Club Inc. to use and occupy part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Point Curtis, Kaipara Harbour, as a site for a slipway as shown on plan marked M.D. 10217 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, is hereby revoked.

Licensing Duncan Ira Michie to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Harbour at Waipapakauri, Awanui Harbour, as a Site for a Causeway

——

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Duncan Ira Michie (hereinafter called the licensee, which terms shall include his executors, administrators, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the harbour at Waipapakauri, Awanui Harbour, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10727 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining a causeway thereon as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
2. The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) and the annual sum so payable three pounds (£3).
3. The term of this licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of February 1960.
