to be a member of the Auckland Harbour Board as a representative of the electors of the combined district of the City of Auckland and of the Island of Waiheke, in place of Mr A. G. Frankham, deceased.

Definition of the Purpose of a Reserve and Declaration That the Said Reserve Form Part of the Rototuna Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby defines the purpose to which the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall be dedicated as recreation, and further, declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act to form part of the Rototuna Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Taumarunui Borough Council
—
PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for road purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Taumarunui, in trust, for those purposes.
