In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of the Kai Rakau Timber Co. Ltd.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolution was passed as an extraordinary resolution of shareholders by way of entry in the minute book and dated the 17th day of February 1960.

“That, as the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, the company be wound up voluntarily and, subject to confirmation of the creditors, that Richard Innes Gilberd, of Wanganui, public accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purposes of the winding up.”

Also take notice that there will be a meeting of the creditors of the above-mentioned company in the office of R. I.
