Defining the Tauranga Abattoir District and Declaring That the Tauranga Borough Council Shall be the Controlling Authority of the Abattoir District (Notice No. Ag. 6679)

PURSUANT to section 15 of the Meat Act 1939, the Minister of Agriculture hereby declares that the Tauranga Abattoir District shall hereafter consist of the whole of the districts of:

(a) The Borough of Tauranga;
(b) The Borough of Mount Maunganui;
(c) The Borough of Te Puke;
(d) The County of Tauranga;

and further declares that the Tauranga Borough Council shall be the controlling authority of the said abattoir district.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Rotorua Borough Council
