Pursuant to section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, notice
is hereby given that a general meeting of shareholders of the
above company will be held at the offices of Claude W. Evans
and Co., Public Accountants, T. and G. Building, Hereford
Street, Christchurch, on Wednesday, the 20th day of January
1960, at 2.15 p.m., for the purpose of laying before it the
liquidator’s account of the winding up showing how the
winding up has been conducted and the property of the com-
pany has been disposed of, and of hearing from the liquidator
any explanations thereof.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Manurewa Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of £9,000 authorised to be raised by the Manurewa
Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for installing
a sewerage scheme within the Manurewa Borough, the said
Manurewa Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of
decimal one one two pence (.112d.) upon the rateable value
of all rateable property of the Borough of Manurewa com-
prising the whole of the Borough of Manurewa; and that
the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the
currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day
of April in each and every year during the currency of the
loan, being a period of twenty-five (25) years, or until the
loan is fully paid off."

PAPAKURA BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Papakura Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of twelve thousand pounds (£12,000) authorised to be
raised by the Papakura Borough Council under the above-
mentioned Act for the provision of stormwater drainage, con-
crete footpaths, kerbing and channelling, and public conveni-
ences, the said Papakura Borough Council hereby makes a
special rate of point one five pence in the pound (.15d. in
the £) upon all rateable value of all rateable property of the
Borough of Papakura comprising the whole of the Borough
of Papakura, and that the special rate shall be an annual-
recurring rate during the currency of the loan, being a period
of twenty-five years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
Dated at Papakura this 7th day of December 1959.
