Crown Land Set Apart for Post Office Purposes (Pole Stacking Site) in the Borough of Pahiatua

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for post office purposes (pole stacking site); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of December 1959.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 31·96 perches, situated in the Borough of Pahiatua, Wellington R.D., being Section 71, Block VIII, Mangahao Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 577, folio 103, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of December 1959.

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 8·86 perches, situated in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., being Section 22, Lowry Bay District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159727 (S.O. 24324) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes, subject to the drainage easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 413010, and to the building-line condition imposed by Notice No. 412377, Canterbury Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of December 1959.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 25 perches, situated in the City of Timaru, Canterbury R.D., being Lot 17, D.P. 17756, being part Rural Section 2282. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 686, folio 31, Canterbury Land Registry.
