A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of December 1959.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 30th day of May 1959 and published in Gazette, 11 June 1959, Vol. II, page 747, taking land, subject as to part to certain rights in the City of Auckland, and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to Lot 1, D.P. 40125, to the drainage rights created in and by memoranda of transfer Nos. 31502, 31503, and 59852, Auckland Land Registry, for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of December 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of December 1959.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

All being parts Lots 8, 9, and 10, Block H, D.P. 1543, being parts Section 38, Karori District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160652 (S.O. 23631) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
