COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of December 1959.

Otago LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Maerewhenua Survey District, Otago R.D., described as follows:

1 1 20 Lots 1, 2, 7, 9, 11, and 13, and part Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6, Block III, D.P. 218, being part Section 1; coloured yellow on plan.
0 3 5.7 Lots 19, 20, 21, and 22, Block III, D.P. 218, being part Section 1; coloured yellow on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160632 (S.O. 12689) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for a secondary school, is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of December 1959.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Hamilton, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Edgar Hobson Carter, of New Plymouth, secretary, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 12752, Taranaki Land Registry, is hereby taken for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of December 1959.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 5·3 perches, situated in the City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., being part Lot 115, D.P. 1792, being part Section B, Fitzroy District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160623 (S.O. 9123) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, subject to fencing covenant contained in and by memorandum of transfer No. 111702, Southland Land Registry, is hereby taken for post office purposes (transmitter station); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of December 1959.

All that piece of land containing 162 acres, situated in Block III, Campbelltown Hundred, being Sections 26 and 27. All certificate of title, Volume 194, folio 131, Southland Land Registry.
