A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of December 1959.
SCHEDULE
Otago Land District
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 29·5 perches, situated in Block IX, Leaning Rock Survey District, Otago R.D., being part Section 71A; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158372 (S.O. 12546) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of December 1959.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of a public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of December 1959.

ALL that piece of public reserve containing 2 acres 1 rood 33·3 perches, situated in Block XIV, Mangamuka Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Sections 112, 114, and 115, Suburbs of Rawene.

ALL that piece of land containing 8 acres 2 roods 30·2 perches, situated in the City of Hamilton, Auckland R.D., being part Allotments 28 and 29, Te Rapa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160651 (S.O. 39990) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
