Declaring Lands in Taranaki and Otago Land Districts Vested
in the Taranaki and Otago Education Boards as Sites for
Public Schools to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto,
being an area vested in the Taranaki Education Board, and
the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, being an
area vested in the Otago Education Board, as sites for public
schools shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and
discharged from every educational trust affecting the same,
but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements
affecting the same at the date hereof.
FIRST SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
PART Section 110, Block XIII, Pouatu Survey District: Area,
5 acres and 21·1 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title,
Volume 47, folio 44. As shown on the plan marked L. and S.
6/6/552k deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands
and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. Plan
8919.)

SECOND SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area containing 9 acres and 26 perches, more or less,
being Sections 40 and 66, Town of Komako. (S.O. Plan
421 Tn.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 26th day of November 1959.

Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for better utilisation
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the 14th day of December 1959.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 32 perches, situated in Block
VI, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, Otago R.D.,
being Lot 15, D.P. 7358.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 2nd day of December 1959.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for post office purposes
(garage, store, and workshop); and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of
December 1959.
