NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on Friday, the 27th day of November 1959, presented to the said Court by Oxonians Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch, and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Christchurch on Wednesday, the 16th day of December 1959, at 10 a.m.; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

WAITEMATA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Orewa Domain Improvements Loan 1959
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Waitemata County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on the loan of £15,000 authorised to be raised by the Waitemata County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of improvements to the Orewa Domain, the said Waitemata County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0·0195 pence in the pound (£) upon the unimproved rateable value of all rateable property within the Waitemata County; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 20 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a resolution passed by the Waitemata County Council on the 12th day of November 1959.

SHANNON BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Shannon Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of six thousand nine hundred and forty pounds (£6,940) authorised to be raised by the Shannon Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the erection of pensioner’s flats, the said Shannon Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of one point one two four (1·124) pence in the pound (£) upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Shannon Borough; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be repayable half yearly on the 1st day of January and the 1st day of July in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

EKETAHUNA RABBIT BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and amendments and all other Acts, powers, and authorities in that behalf enabling it, the Eketauna Rabbit Board hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing for the charges (principal and interest) on a loan of £3,400 pounds for the purpose of providing housing for employees which loan the Eketauna Rabbit Board has been authorised to raise under the above-mentioned Acts, the said Eketauna Rabbit Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-third of a penny (⅓d.) per acre over all the rateable land in the Board District. Such rate to be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of September in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 25 years or until it is fully paid off.”
I certify that the above is a true and correct copy of the resolution passed by the Eketauna Rabbit Board on 29 October 1959.

“THAT the security rate for the Piraunui Bridge Loan 1959 be a special annual-recurring rate of three farthings (¾d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property within the Piraunui Bridge Loan 1959 Special Area; which said rate be and the same is hereby permanently appropriated and pledged as security for repayment of such loan.”

NOTICE is hereby given that, at a special meeting of the Blenheim Borough Council held on Wednesday, 24 June 1959, the following resolution was passed by way of special order and was duly confirmed at a subsequent ordinary meeting of the said Council held on Wednesday, 22 July 1959:
“That, in lieu of any special rates made and levied over the whole of the Borough of Blenheim or over any defined portion or portions of it, the Blenheim Borough Council hereby resolves by way of special order to make and levy, in the year ending with the 31st day of March 1960, an annually recurring consolidated rate on a uniform basis for the whole Borough of one and one-quarter pence (1¼d.) in the pound (£) on the unimproved rateable value of all rateable property within the Borough to meet the interest, sinking fund, and loan repayment charges in respect of the following loans:
