Leasehold Estate in Land in the City of Auckland Taken for a University
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Phoebe Garrey under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 246, Auckland Land Registry, for a term commencing on 24 September 1878 and ending on 23 September 1977, is hereby taken for a university; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of December 1959.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 17 perches, situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 7, of Allotment 3, of Section 13, Auckland City. All leasehold, certificate of title, Volume 1008, folio 169, Auckland Land Registry.
