COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of December 1959.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land containing 9 acres 2 roods, situated in Wakari Survey District, City of Dunedin, being parts Section 11 and part Section 13. All certificate of title, Volume 137, folio 71, Otago Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of November 1959.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of December 1959.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 34·7 perches, situated in the Borough of Matamata, being Lot 7, D.P. S. 4048, being part Section 1, Matamata Settlement. Part certificate of title, Volume 359, folio 204, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for health purposes (district nurse’s residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of December 1959.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block X, Kawhia North Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

ALL that piece of land containing 16 perches, situated in Block XI, Matakohe Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment N.E. 49, Parish of Paparoa; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160543 (S.O. 41695) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 38·1 perches, situated in Block VII, Waitara Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being part Tutanganui 5A Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160437 (S.O. 8940) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

ALL that piece of land, containing 39·7 perches, situated in the City of Invercargill, being part Lot 9, Block IV, Township of Gladstone, and being part Section 25, Block I, Invercargill Hundred. All certificate of title, Volume 124, folio 188, Southland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).
