Limited Speed Zone Declared

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

1. That Warrant under regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956,* dated the 13th day of October 1959† which relates to Malfroy Road in Rotorua County is hereby revoked.

2. The road specified in the Schedule to this notice is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956.*

SCHEDULE

Situated within Rotorua County adjacent to Rotorua Borough—

Malfroy Road West (from the western boundary of Rotorua Borough to a point 32 chains measured in a westerly direction along Malfroy Road West from the said boundary).

Biological Products Exempted from the Provisions of the Stock Remedies (Biological Products) Regulations 1951 (Notice No. Ag. 6882)

Pursuant to subclause (14) of regulation 40 of the Stock Remedies (Biological Products) Regulations 1951, notice is hereby given that the Stock Remedies Registration Board has resolved that the provisions of the said regulation shall not now apply to the following products:

1. Manning’s Procal Hypodermic Penicillin “100” (100,000 units) as manufactured and distributed by Mannings Ltd., Hamilton, when used as an intramuscular injection of lambs (arthritis).

2. Manning’s Procal Hypodermic Penicillin “500” (500,000 units) as manufactured and distributed by Mannings Ltd., Hamilton, when used as an intramuscular injection of sheep at lambing time (blood poisoning and blackleg in sheep).
