Takitimu Survey District, Wallace County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land
described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby pro-
claim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
Land Proclaimed as Road
ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres and 15 perches, situ-
ated in Block XXIX, Takitimu Survey District, Southland R.D.,
being part Section 5, coloured orange on plan.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
Road Closed
ALL that piece of road containing 2 acres 2 roods 39 perches,
situated in Block XXIX, Takitimu Survey District, Southland
R.D., adjoining or passing through part Section 5, coloured
green on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 160500 (S.O. 6402) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 13th day of November 1959.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line
of a Portion of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in Blocks
XI and XIV, Otahuhu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 9th day of April
1953, and published in Gazette, 16 April 1953, Vol. I, page
611, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland
as No. 13781, defining the middle line of a portion of the
Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in Blocks XI and XIV, Ota-
huhu Survey District, in so far as it affects Lots 3 and 11,
D.P. 44472, being all certificates of title, Volume 1604, folio
8, and Volume 1607, folio 43, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 13th day of November 1959.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 21st day of April
1951 and published in Gazette, 26 April 1951, Volume I, page
572, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland
as No. S. 15809, defining the middle line of a portion of the
Edgecumbe-Murupara Railway, in so far as it defines the
middle line defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

160180 in the Edgecumbe Station Yard on the East Coast
Main Trunk Railway, and proceeding thence in a south-west-

Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of a Road in Block
VII, Kumeu Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land
described in the Schedule hereto (which was acquired for
railway purposes and is not now required for that purpose)
shall, upon publication hereof in the Gazette, become road,
and that such road shall be maintained by the National Roads
Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled
and maintained by the said Board.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 9·2 perches, situated
in Block VII, Kumeu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and
being railway land and parts railway land in Proclamation
745; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 160223 (S.O. 40929) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
yellow.

hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

ALL that piece of land containing 92 acres 1 rood 16·8 perches,
situated in Block XII, Mahurangi Survey District, Auckland
R.D., and being part Allotments 6 and 6A, Parish of Mahu-
rangi. All certificate of title, Volume 863, folio 224, Auckland
Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
