Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in Block VI, Christchurch Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of November 1959.
SCHEDULE
Canterbury Land District
All that piece of land containing 3 acres 1 rood 14·3 perches, situated in Block VI, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being Lot 2, D.P. 16636, and being part Rural Section 330. All certificate of title, Volume 580, folio 69, Canterbury Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of November 1959.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of November 1959.

Southland Land District
All those pieces of land situated in Block I, Invercargill Hundred, City of Invercargill, Southland R.D., described as follows:

0 2 0·2 Lot 1, D.P. 4955, being part Section 7 and closed road.
0 1 0 Part Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 4478, being part Section 7.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160499 (S.O. 6622) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

All that piece of land containing 1 rood 38·6 perches, situated in the Borough of Opotiki, Gisborne R.D., and being Lot 6, D.P. AK. 7117, and parts Allotments 284 and 285 of Section 2, Town of Opotiki. All certificates of title, Volume 71, folio 182, and Volume 69, folio 248.
