Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in Block I, Puniu Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of November 1959.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 rood, situated in Block I, Puniu Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Allotment 266A, Mangapiko Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160493 (S.O. 39482) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of November 1959.

Crown Land Set Apart, Subject to a Building-line Condition, for State Housing Purposes in Block II, Clive Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart subject to the building-line condition imposed by notice K. 146255, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of November 1959.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of Crown land situated in Block II, Clive Survey District, Hawke’s Bay R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of November 1959.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1.21 perches, situated in the Borough of Upper Hutt, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 21278, being part Section 92, Hutt District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160453 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of November 1959.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 26 perches, situated in Block I, Oamaru Survey District, Borough of Oamaru, being Lot 21, D.P. 9552. Part Proclamation No. 7125, Otago Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of November 1959.
