A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also proclaim as closed the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD

ALL those pieces of land in the Gisborne Land District, situated in Block I, Turanganui Survey District, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:

0 2 33 Part Section 150, Patutahi Suburban; coloured blue on plan.
0 1 34·3 Part Section 40, Patutahi Suburban; coloured sepia on plan.

0 0 30·7 Part Section 2, Patutahi Suburban; coloured orange on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ROAD CLOSED

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158127 (S.O. 4957) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 26·8 perches, situated in Block X, Thames Survey District, Auckland R.D., adjoining or passing through Lot 3 and part Lots 2 and 11, D.P. 7745, being part Pouarua Pipiroa No. 3B Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151446 (S.O. 36900) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

ALL that piece of road containing 1 rood 8·8 perches, situated in Block XIII, Tauranga Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining or passing through Lot 2, D.P. 15064, being part Allotment 90, Te Papa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145776 (S.O. 36800) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington; and thereon coloured green.

ALL that piece of road containing 9 acres 3 roods 9 perches, situated in Block XIX, Maniototo Survey District, Otago R.D., and adjoining or passing through Sections 3, 5, and 9, Block XIX, Maniototo Survey District, and Section 23, Block VI, Naseby Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158126 (S.O. 12641) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the street described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the land now held for State housing purposes described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of street situated in the Borough of Hawera, Taranaki R.D., described as follows:

Adjoining or passing through
0 0 0·05 Lot 17, D.P. 7145, being part Section 37, Town of Hawera.
0 0 2·35 Section 40, Town of Hawera, and Lot 18, D.P. 7145, being part Section 37, Town of Hawera.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158013 (S.O. 8932) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

SECOND SCHEDULE

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 10·48 perches, situated in the Borough of Hawera, Taranaki R.D., and being Lots 17 and 18, D.P. 7145, being part Section 37, Town of Hawera. Part certificate of title, Volume 148, folio 211, Taranaki Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of January 1959.
