A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of February 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Papatoetoe, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of February 1959.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 0·5 perches, situated in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Papatoetoe, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 2, D.P. 38778, being part Allotment 37, Manurewa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158014 (S.O. 40823) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
