A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of February 1959.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 0·3 perches, situated in Block XVI, Otamatea Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 4, D.P. 1618, being part Section 9, Block XVI, Otamatea Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158085 (S.O. 41115) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Napier Harbour Board by the Wairere Bowling Club (Incorporated), under and by virtue of a lease numbered 8534, and recorded as H.B. Volume 56, folio 99, of the register book of the Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of February 1959.
