PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the benefit of the right of way created in and by Conveyance No. 91758 (R. 9/768), Auckland Land Registry, for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of February 1959.
