A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for police purposes (residences); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of February 1959.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the Borough of Whangarei, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a police station and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of February 1959.

FIRST SCHEDULE
LAND TAKEN FOR POLICE STATION

ALL that piece of land in the Gisborne Land District containing 38 perches, situated in Block II, Turanganui Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being part Lot 45, D.P. 371, part Mangamoteo Block; coloured orange on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE
LAND TAKEN FOR ROAD

ALL that piece of land in the Gisborne Land District containing 2 perches, situated in Block II, Turanganui Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being part Lot 45, D.P. 371, part Mangamoteo Block; edged orange on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158097 (S.O. 5084) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Easement Over Land Taken for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Post Office in Block XIV, Matakoe Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a post office over the land described in the First Schedule hereto vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of pipes under, along, and across the said land, and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of water, stormwater, surface water, and sewage through the said pipes, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of February 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 1·9 perches, situated in Block XIV, Matakoe Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 35, Suburbs of Matakoe; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158063 (S.O. 40973) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 11·75 perches, situated in Block XIV, Matakoe Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 35, Suburbs of Matakoe. All certificate of title, Volume 144, folio 299, Auckland Land Registry.
