COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line restriction imposed by S. 34513, Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of February 1959.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land containing together 2 roods 16·6 perches, situated in Block IV, Horohoro Survey District, being Lots 12 and 20, D.P. S. 3531, being parts Kaitao Rotohokahoka No. 3A No. 1 Block. Part certificate of title, Volume 1208, folio 200, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of February 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Maori Trustee by Bruce Smith, of Greymouth, salesman, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease, registered number 21097, Westland Land Registry, is hereby taken for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of February 1959.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 33·3 perches, situated in the Borough of Greymouth, Westland R.D., and being Lot 3, D.P. 807, being part Sections 340 and 341, Block 40, Greymouth Maori Reserve No. 31. All leasehold certificate of title, Volume 58, folio 43, Westland Land Registry.

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to an easement in gross in respect of electric power transmission lines granted to the Hawke’s Bay Electric Power Board by memorandum of transfer No. 115819, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, and to sewerage rights granted to the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Napier by memorandum of transfer No. 115821, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of February 1959.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District containing 33 perches, situated in the City of Napier, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lot 347, D.P. 8803, portion Ahuriri Lagoon. All certificate of title, H.B. Volume 145, folio 117.
