Crown Land Set Apart for Prison Purposes in Block XII,
Rolleston Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for prison purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of February 1959.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of Crown land situated in Block XII, Rolleston Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
81 0 22 Section 2, Drayton Settlement; edged red on plan P.W.D. 158056.
68 0 26 Part Section 1, Drayton Settlement; edged red on plan P.W.D. 158056.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and edged as above mentioned and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of February 1959.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of February 1959.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 3 roods 11·4 perches, situated in the City of Hamilton, being Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, D.P. S. 4887, being part Allotment 180, Parish of Kirikiri oa. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 288, folio 174, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of February 1959.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 21·7 perches, situated in the City of Invercargill, being Lots 432 and 433, D.P. 5430. Part certificate of title, Volume 198, folio 129, Southland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to Proclamation No. 15177, Auckland Land Registry, defining the middle line of a transmission line, and the drainage rights created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 529746, Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of February 1959.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in the Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

ALL that piece of land containing 70 acres 3 roods 27 perches, situated in Blocks V and IX, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 3, D.P. 3161, being part Allotments 50 and 69, Parish of Manurewa; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158015 (S.O. 41095) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

ALL that piece of land situated in Block XIV, Komakorau Survey District, Auckland R.D., containing 17 acres 1 rood 13·6 perches, being Lot 19, D.P. 4296, being part of Allotment 165, Kirikiri oa Parish. All certificate of title, Volume 183, folio 71, Auckland Land Registry.
