Setting Apart Tidal Land for Disposal Under Section 152 of
the Harbours Act 1950
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Harbours Leasing Regulations 1930, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be set apart for disposal under section 152 of the Harbours Act 1950.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District containing by admeasurement 4 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Allotment 183, Omaha Parish, situated in Block II, Rodney, and Block XV, Pakiri Survey Districts. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked M.D. 10488 and deposited in the Head Office, Marine Department, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of January 1959.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, subject to the building-line restriction imposed by Order in Council No. 2455, Wellington Land Registry, for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of February 1959.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 26Β·86 perches, situated in the City of Palmerston North, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 2, D.P. 19376, being part Rural Section 371, Township of Palmerston North. Part certificate of title, Volume 780, folio 3, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of January 1959.

PURSUANT to the Harbours Leasing Regulations 1930, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be set apart for disposal under section 152 of the Harbours Act 1950.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District containing by admeasurement 21 acres, more or less, being land below mean high water, Whangaroa Harbour, and being allotment 53, Parish of Totara, situated in Block VII, Whangaroa Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked M.D. 10529 deposited in the office of the Marine Department, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of January 1959.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the police purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of February 1959.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 7 perches, situated in Block VIII, Teviotdale Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being Lot 13, D.P. 29, part Rural Section 3166. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 15, folio 85.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of February 1959.
