All that area in the South Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing in Block II, Ohinemuri Survey District being the north-eastern corner of the Komata Riding as described in Gazette, 1938, page 405, and being a point on the northern boundary of the Ohinemuri County, on the dividing range north of Trig. Station No. 89 (Ngapuketura), and running easterly generally along the northern boundary of the Ohinemuri County as described in Gazette, 1954, page 1306, and then southerly along the shores of the coast, to and along the southern boundary of Waihi Nos. 1 and part 2 Blocks as shown on S.O. Plan 30596 (areas of 23 acres 2 roods, and 632 acres, taken for recreation ground, Gazette, 1940, page 378, and declared Orokawa Domain, Gazette, 1941, page 2019), to and along the generally eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 22757, to and along the northern boundary of Lot 60 (road), the northern and western boundaries of Lot 1, the western boundaries of Lots 2, 3, and 4, the western and southern boundaries of Lot 5, the southern boundary of Lot 60 aforesaid, the aforesaid lots being of D.P. S. 3842, again along the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S. 22757 aforesaid, along the northern boundary of Lot 13, D.P. S. 3842 aforesaid, to and up the left bank of the Waihi Stream, to a point in line with the western boundary of Lot 59 (road), D.P. S. 3842 aforesaid; then southerly along a right line across the aforesaid stream, to and along that western boundary, to and along the northern and western boundaries of Lot 14, the western boundaries of Lots 15, 16, 17, and 18, the western and southern boundaries of Lot 19, the southern boundaries of Lots 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 28, 29, 31, 59 aforesaid, and 36, the aforesaid lots being of D.P. S. 3842 aforesaid, again along the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 22757 aforesaid, to and along the northern and western boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 16653, the western boundaries of Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, D.P. 16653 aforesaid, and along a right line being the production of the western boundary of Lot 12, D.P. 16653 aforesaid, to the northern side of the Waihi Beach Main Highway; thence along the aforesaid northern side to a point in line with the south-western side of Wilson Road; thence along a right line across that main highway, to and along the south-western side of Wilson Road aforesaid, to and along the northern boundaries of Lots 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, and 2, and the northern and western boundaries of Lot 1, the aforesaid lots being of D.P. 37325, the western end of a public road, the western boundaries of Lots 87, 86, 85, 84, and 83, along a right line across the intervening Lot 1, D.P. 28882, along the western boundaries of Lots 82, 81, and 80, the western and southern boundaries of Lot 79, and the southern boundary of Lot 78, the aforesaid lots all being shown on D.P. 37325, to the south-eastern corner of Lot 78 aforesaid; thence southerly along a right line bearing 150° 01′ 25″, being the bearing of Citrus Avenue, for a distance of 3025 links, along another right line due south to the northern boundary of Section 5, Block I, Katikati North Survey District; thence easterly along the aforesaid northern boundary, to and then south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of the Ohinemuri County as described in Gazette, 1954, page 1306, to a point on the eastern side of the Paeroa-Whakatane State Highway being the western corner of part Section 3, Block I, Katikati North Survey District; thence along a right line across that highway to the south-eastern corner of Section 43, Block IV, Aroha Survey District; thence northerly generally along the western side of the aforesaid highway, to and along the southern, eastern, and northern boundaries of part Section 1, Block IV aforesaid, crossing and recrossing the Paeroa-Whakatane State Highway and an intersecting public road, to the easternmost corner of Section 44, Block IV aforesaid; thence north-westerly generally along the southern side of the aforesaid highway to and along the south-western side of the Old Tauranga Road to the northernmost corner of Section 27, Block IV aforesaid; thence northerly along a right line diagonally across the intersection of the Waimata and the Old Tauranga roads aforesaid to the southernmost corner of Section 64, Block IV aforesaid, along the north-western side of Waimata Road aforesaid, to and along the generally north-eastern boundaries of Section 64 aforesaid, and 7, to and along the south-eastern and northern boundaries of Sections 60 and 61, all the aforesaid sections being in Block IV aforesaid, crossing and recrossing the railway, to the middle of the Waimata Stream; thence northerly generally up the middle of that stream and its production to the right bank of the Ohinemuri River; thence northerly and westerly along the eastern and northern boundaries of the Borough of Waihi as described in Gazette, 1954, page 1306, to the junction of the eastern side of Waitete Road and the southern side of Rata Street in Block XV, Ohinemuri Survey District; thence again northerly along a right line across the end of Rata Street to and along the eastern side and northern end of Waitete Road, the eastern boundary of Section 135, Block XV aforesaid, along the eastern and southern sides of a public road forming the generally northern boundary of Section 190, Block XV aforesaid, to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Section 75, Block XV aforesaid, along a right line across that public road to and along the eastern and northern boundaries of the aforesaid Section 75, along the eastern, north-eastern, and north-western boundaries of Section 3, Block XI, Ohinemuri Survey District, along the northern boundaries of Section 73, Block XV aforesaid, and Section 11, Block XI aforesaid (State forest, Gazette, 1937, page 2690), to and generally northerly along the eastern side of a public road forming part of the western boundary of Section 10, Block XI aforesaid (State forest, Gazette, 1951, page 424), to and along the south-western and northern boundaries of Section 10 aforesaid, the eastern boundaries of Sections 8, 21 (State forest, Gazette, 1947, page 850), 13, 18, and 9, crossing an intervening public road, the aforesaid sections being of Block XI aforesaid, the eastern boundaries of Sections 16, 15 (State forest, Gazette, 1950, page 2088), and 6 (State forest, Gazette, 1938, page 277), the aforesaid sections being of Block VI, Ohinemuri Survey District aforesaid, to the northern-most corner of that Section 6; thence in a north-westerly direction generally, along the dividing range through Trig. Station No. 89 (Ngapuketura) to the point of commencement.

All that area in the South Auckland Land District as described in Gazette, 1956, page 1618.

WAHI WEST RIDING

All that area in the South Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the south-eastern corner of Section 6, Block VI, Ohinemuri Survey District, and running south-easterly generally along the south-western boundary of the Waihi Riding as hereinbefore described, to and along the western and southern boundaries of the Borough of Waihi as described in Gazette, 1954, page 1306, to and again along the south-western boundary of the Waihi Riding as hereinbefore described to the southern boundary of the Ohinemuri County; thence along that southern boundary as described in Gazette, 1954, page 1306, to the middle of the Mangakino Stream in Block X, Aroha Survey District; thence northerly generally down the middle of that stream, to and along the southern and western boundaries of Section 94, Block II, Aroha Survey District (State forest, Gazette, 1954, page 1763), the generally south-western and western boundaries of Section 33, Block I of the aforesaid Survey District (State forest, Gazette 1954, page 1763), the south-western boundary of Section 29, Block I aforesaid, along a right line across a public road to and along the south-western and north-western boundaries of Section 26, Block I aforesaid, the south-western boundaries of Lots 141, 142, and 157, the south-western and western boundaries of Lot 158, the western boundary of Lot 156, the western and northern boundaries of Lot 155, the aforesaid lots being shown on D.P. 1757, to and along the western side of the Waihi-Paeroa Railway to a point in line with the south-eastern end of the south-western boundary of Te Rewarewa No. 2 Block; thence along a right line across the aforesaid railway, along the south-eastern boundary aforesaid, to and along the left bank of the Ohinemuri River to a point due west of the intersection of the eastern side of the Paeroa-Waihi State Highway and the north-eastern side of a public road which forms the south-western boundaries of a sanitary reserve, and Section 4, Block XIII, Ohinemuri Survey District; thence along a right line across the Ohinemuri River and the State highway aforesaid, to and along the north-eastern side of that road, the north-eastern boundary of Section 65, the north-western and north-eastern boundaries of Section 21, the northern boundaries of Sections 84 and 93, all the aforesaid sections being of Block XIII aforesaid, the northern boundary of Section 40, Block XIV, of the aforesaid Survey District, the eastern and northern boundaries of part Section 35, Block XIII aforesaid, to a point due south of the southernmost corner of Section 2, Block XIII aforesaid; thence along a right line to that point and crossing the intervening Section 76, Block XIII aforesaid (State forest, Gazette, 1947, page 928), to and northerly generally along the eastern boundary of Section 2 aforesaid, the generally northern boundary of Section 76 aforesaid, the western boundary of the provisional State forest as described in Gazette, 1920, page 924, to and along the southern side of a public road forming its northern boundary, to and along the south-western, south-eastern, and northern boundaries of Section 19, Block XIV, the aforesaid survey district, crossing the intervening public road, the eastern boundaries of Sections 3 and 14, the eastern end of a public road, the generally eastern boundary of Section 13, the western and northern boundaries of Section 19, the western and northern boundaries of Section 15, all the aforesaid sections being in Block X, the aforesaid survey district, to and northerly generally up the middle of the Waitekauri Stream to and along the south-western and western sides of the Maratoto Road to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 15, Block VI, the aforesaid survey district; thence by a right line across that road to and along the northern, western, and again northern boundary of Section 15 aforesaid, to the point of commencement.
