Crown Land and Portions of Public Reserve Set Apart for Road in Blocks V, IX, and X, Tatua Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto and the portions of public reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of November 1959.

All those pieces of Crown land described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of November 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes (residences), subject as to the land first described to the building-line condition imposed by K. 42352, Wellington Land Registry; subject as to the land secondly described to the building-line condition imposed by notice No. 423018, Wellington Land Registry; and subject as to the land thirdly described to the building-line condition imposed by notice No. 429916, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of November 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for soil conservation purposes, is hereby set apart for State forest purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of November 1959.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 82 acres 2 roods 20 perches, situated in Block XVIII, Taramarama Survey District, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being part Section 1. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151368 (S.O. 2900) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
