Portion of Road Closed in the District of Avarua, Rarotonga, Cook Islands

Pursuant to section 613 of the Cook Islands Act 1915, the Minister of Island Territories hereby proclaims as closed the portions of road mentioned and described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

ALL those parcels of land situate in the District of Avarua in the Island of Rarotonga, Cook Islands, containing 25·6 perches, 11·2 perches, and 19·2 perches respectively, be the same a little more or less, being parts of the road known as the Aratapu Beach Road; as delineated and coloured green on the plan signed by the Deputy Resident Commissioner of Rarotonga and deposited in the office of the Registrar of the High Court of the Cook Islands at Rarotonga under No. 56.

Given under my hand, and the Seal of the Cook Islands, this 12th day of October 1959.
