Wairere 2A, 2B, 2C, 2d, and 2E 2, north-westerly along the
south-western boundary of Wairere 2E 2 aforesaid, to the
eastern corner of Section 38, Ohariu District; then south-
-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 38,
39, and 40, Ohariu District, the south-eastern boundary of
the land as shown on D.P. B/271 to the northern corner of
the land as shown on D.P. 9126; then southerly generally
along the north-eastern and eastern boundaries of that land,
along the eastern, northern, and eastern boundaries of Section
119, Ohariu District, to the north-western boundary of the
land as shown on the scheme plan numbered D. 514, lodged
in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington, being a
point on the boundary of the Borough of Tawa, as described
in Gazette, 1958, page 1042; then southerly, easterly, and
northerly generally along that boundary to the north-eastern
corner of the land as shown on D.P. 9069; then south-
easterly generally across the Wellington-Foxton Motorway to
and along part of the north-eastern and south-eastern boun-
daries of Lot 3, D.P. 2985, the north-eastern boundaries of
Lots 4 and 3, D.P. 2129, to the north-western boundary of
Section 10, Takapu District; then north-easterly along that
boundary and the north-western boundaries of Sections 12
and 42, Takapu District, along part of the north-western
boundaries of Sections 20 and 22, Takapu District, to the
western corner of the land as shown on D.P. A/2554; then
south-easterly and north-easterly along the south-western and
south-eastern boundaries of the aforesaid land to the north-
eastern boundary of Section 39, Horokiwi Road District;
then south-easterly along that boundary to the eastern corner
of Section 39 aforesaid, being a point on the boundary of the
County of Makara aforesaid, and along that county boun-
dary to the point of commencement, being more particularly
described as south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries
of Sections 39, part 31, 30, 29, and 28, Horokiwi Road Dis-
trict, situated in Block II, Belmont Survey District, the south-
eastern boundaries of Sections 27, 26, 25, 24, 22, 21, 20, 16,
15, 14, 12, 11, and 9, Horokiwi Road District, situated in
Block VIII, Belmont Survey District; then southerly along
the eastern boundary of Section 7, Horokiwi Road District,
to and along the northern and eastern boundaries of Section
78, Hutt District, the north-eastern boundary of Section 19,
Harbour District, and the production of the last-mentioned
boundary to the mean high-water mark, Port Nicholson;
then south-westerly along the mean high-water mark afore-
said to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of
Section 7, Harbour District; then to and along that boundary
to the western side of Hutt Road; then northerly generally
along the north-western side of Hutt Road and the western
side of the Wellington-Paekakariki Centennial State Highway
as shown on S.O. Plans 20493 and 20494 to the intersection
of that highway with the eastern side of Fraser Avenue; then
north-easterly along a right line across that highway to its
eastern side; then south-easterly along the said eastern side
of the Wellington-Paekakariki Centennial State Highway to
its intersection with the northern side of Horokiwi Road;
then southerly along a right line to the intersection of the
south-eastern side of Horokiwi Road with the eastern side
of the Wellington-Paekakariki Centennial State Highway;
then easterly along the said south-eastern side of Horokiwi
Road to the southern boundary of the land as shown on D.P.
10465, and along that southern boundary to the south-eastern
corner of that land; then easterly along a right line bearing
103° 53' 25" as shown on D.P. 16648 to the south-western
boundary of Lot 15, D.P. 16648 aforesaid, along that south-
western boundary, across part Lot 4, D.P. 3010, along the
south-western boundaries of Lots 17, 18, and 19, D.P. 16648
aforesaid, to the southernmost corner of the last-mentioned
lot; then easterly generally along the southern boundaries
of Lots 19 and 20, D.P. 16648 aforesaid, to and along the
generally north-western side of Wakefield Gully Road to the
re-entrant road angle on the boundary of Lot 23, D.P. 16648;
then south-easterly along a right line towards the opposite
road angle, to the middle of Wakefield Gully Road; then
north-easterly along the middle of that road to a point in line
with the south-western boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 14541; then
southerly and easterly to and along the western boundaries of
the said Lot 3 and Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15,

and along the south-western boundaries of Lots 20, 21, 22,

side of the highway to the southernmost corner of Section 6,
Paparangi Settlement; then north-westerly across the high-
way to the opposite road angle, being also a point on the
south-eastern boundary of Section 3, Block III, Hawtrey
Settlement; then westerly generally along the south-eastern
and south-western boundaries of Section 3 aforesaid and
Section 2, Block III aforesaid, the north-western side of
Hawtrey Terrace, the northern boundaries of Sections 6 and
4, Block III aforesaid, the western boundary of the last-
mentioned section, the southern boundary of Section 1, Block
III aforesaid, to the eastern boundary of Section 7, Block II,
Hawtrey Settlement; then northerly along the eastern boun-
daries of Sections 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1, Block II aforesaid, to
the northernmost corner of the last-mentioned section; then
north-westerly along a right line to the western side of
Wingfield Street; then southerly along the western side of
that street and a right line across Ohariu Road to the northern
corner of Lot 19, D.P. 8756; then south-westerly generally
along the north-western boundary of the said Lot 19, the
north-eastern boundaries of Lots 67 and 65, D.P. 8756, the
north-western boundaries of Lots 65, 67, and 50, D.P. 8756
aforesaid, to the north-eastern side of Ironside Road; then
north-westerly along the north-eastern side of that road to
the south-western corner of Lot 54, D.P. 8756; then south-
westerly along a right line towards the opposite road angle to
the middle of Ironside Road; then north-westerly along the
middle of that road to a point due east of the northern
corner of Lot 1, D.P. 16132, being a point on the eastern
boundary of Section 105, Ohariu District; then westerly
along a right line to that corner; then southerly along the
eastern boundary of Section 105 aforesaid to its southernmost
corner; then south-westerly generally along the south-
western boundary of that section and the south-eastern
boundary of Section 92, Ohariu District, to the north-eastern
side of Old Ohariu Road; then north-westerly along that
side of Old Ohariu Road to a point in line with the north-
western boundary of Section 93, Ohariu District; then south-
westerly generally along the north-western boundary of
Section 93 aforesaid, a right line to the northernmost corner
of Section 9, Kaiwharawhara District, along the north-western
boundary of Section 9 aforesaid and the north-western boun-
dary of Section 10, Kaiwharawhara District, for a distance of
approximately 4 chains, to the 660-foot contour line, based
on the City Datum, along that contour line to its intersection
with the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 10,
approximately 20 chains from the easternmost corner of that
section, along the south-eastern boundaries of the said Section
10 and Section 11, Kaiwharawhara District, the north-eastern
boundary of Otari B Block to the northernmost corner of
Lot 1, Kaiwharawhara District, along the north-western boun-
daries of Lots I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, and VIII, Kaiwhara-
whara District, and the south-western boundary of the last-
mentioned lot and its production to the right bank of the
Kaiwharawhara Stream, up the right bank of that stream to
a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of the Otari
Maori Reserve, to and along that boundary and the north-
western boundaries of Sections 33 and 35, Karori District, to
the eastern corner of Lot 1, D.P. 18143, along the eastern,
northern, and western boundaries generally of that lot to the
north-western boundary of Section 35 aforesaid, along that
boundary and the north-western boundaries of Sections 37,
39, 40, 41, and 42, Karori District, to the eastern side of
Makara Road; then southerly along that side of the said
road and the eastern boundary of that part of Section 42 as
shown on D.P. A/1773 to the northernmost corner of Lot 1,
D.P. 13001; then westerly along the northern boundary of
the said Lot 1 to its western corner; then southerly along
the western boundary of that lot and Lot 1, D.P. 9434, to the
northern side of Allington Road; then westerly along that
side of the said road to a point in line with the eastern boun-
dary of an area of 14 acres 1 rood 32·7 perches as shown on
D.P. A/2539; then to and along the eastern and southern
boundaries of that area, along the eastern boundary of Section
53, Karori District, the northern, western, and southern boun-
daries of Section 54, Karori District, to the westernmost
