PURSUANT to the Coal Mines Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

THE residence site licence registered in the office of the Mining Registrar at Westport as No. 5652, and described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby exempted from the operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925.

SCHEDULE

RESIDENCE site licence registered in the office of the Mining Registrar at Westport as No. 5652, affecting all that area of land containing 1 rood 7·9 perches, more or less, situate in the Township of Millerton and being Section 85 of the Township of Millerton.

Revocation of Appointment of Paihia Domain Board and Appointment of New Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Paihia Domain Board as published in Gazette, 10 November 1955, Volume III, page 1734, and appoints the Bay of Islands County Council to be the Paihia Domain Board to have the control of the reserves described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a public domain.

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Waihola Domain Board as published in Gazette, 2 August 1956, Volume II, page 1038, and appoints the Bruce County Council to be the Waihola Domain Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a public domain.
