Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart for a Post Office in the City of Napier

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of October 1959.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 8·8 perches, situated in the City of Napier, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lot 2, D.P. 9857, part Te Whare-O-Maraenui Block. Part certificate of title, H.B. Volume 176, folio 46.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of September 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare, that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for an automatic telephone exchange, is hereby set apart for police purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of October 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held together with the drainage rights granted or reserved by memoranda of transfer Nos. 184433, 190208, and 191513, Otago Land Registry, and subject to drainage rights granted by memoranda of transfer Nos. 185850 and 185851, Otago Land Registry, and to the condition as to building line imposed by memorandum of acceptance No. X. 1519, Otago Land Registry, for buildings of the General Government, is hereby set apart, together with and subject to the said drainage rights and condition as to building line, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of October 1959.
