Declaring Lands in Otago Land District, Vested in the Otago Education Board as Sites for Public Schools to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto, being areas vested in the Otago Education Board as sites for public schools, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

SECTIONS 2, 4, and 6, Block I, Town of Reidston: Area, 3 roods 12 perches, more or less. (S.O. Plan 895TN.)

Also Section 1, Block II, Wakefield Survey District: Area, 10 acres, more or less. (S.O. Plan 8659.)

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a teacher's residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of October 1959.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 2 roods 15Β·1 perches, situated in Block IV, Maramarua Survey District, Auckland R.D., being Allotment 116, Maramarua Parish, as shown on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland as No. 39626.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of September 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of October 1959.

SCHEDULE

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 40 acres 3 roods 35 perches, situated in Block XIV, Waingaromia Survey District, Waikohu County, Gisborne R.D., and being part Section 7; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145933 (S.O. 4780) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood, situated in the Borough of Levin, Wellington R.D., being Section 7, Block IV, Town of Levin.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of September 1959.
