RAGLAN COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Raglan County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the portions of land described in the First Schedule hereto for road and to stop the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

A plan of the portions of land proposed to be taken and of the portions of road proposed to be stopped is open for public inspection at the office of the Raglan County Council, Waingaro Road, Ngaruawahia, during 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice. All persons objecting to the proposal must lodge their objections in writing at the office of the Council on or before the 22nd day of October 1959.

AUCKLAND REGIONAL PLANNING SCHEME—SECTION 2A (PART NORTH SHORE)

Town and Country Planning Act 1953

PURSUANT to section 10 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and regulation 29 of the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1954, Amendment No. 1 (1956), public notice is hereby given that section 2A of the Auckland Regional Planning Scheme has been approved, or has been deemed to have been approved, by every local authority to which it was submitted in accordance with the requirements of section 10 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.

A certificate has been issued by the Minister of Works under regulation 28 (3) of the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1954, Amendment No. 1, to the effect that his requirements under section 10 (2) of the Act have been complied with.

At a meeting held on the 28th day of August 1959, the Auckland Regional Planning Authority resolved that section 2A of the Auckland Regional Planning Scheme be publicly notified in conformity with the provisions of section 10 (5) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, and that this section of the Regional Planning Scheme be made operative.

Section 2A of the Auckland Regional Planning Scheme shall become operative on the 15th day of September 1959.
