Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Opunake
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of September 1959.
SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 2 roods 1·6 perches, situated in the Borough of Opunake, Taranaki R.D., being Lots 26, 27, and 28, D.P. 7479, being part Section 10, Opunake Town Belt. Part of the land in Proclamation No. 2102, Taranaki Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of August 1959.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the Awakaponga-Kawerau Railway; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of September 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of September 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart, subject to K. 61925, Auckland Land Registry, certifying the existence of a line of pipes for storm water, for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of September 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the purposes of a workers’ hostel pursuant to the provisions of the Employment Act 1945, is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of September 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 1 perch, situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, Borough of Mount Eden, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 9 of Section 10 of the Suburbs of Auckland. All certificate of title, Volume 753, folio 229, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).
