Declaring Lands in North Auckland and South Auckland Land Districts Vested in the Auckland and South Auckland Education Boards as Sites for Public Schools to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Auckland Education Board, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as sites for public schools shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
PART Allotment 456, Paremoremo Parish, and Lot 37, D.P. 15592, being part Allotment 16, Paremoremo Parish, situated in Blocks V and VI, Waitemata Survey District: Area, 1 rood 3·1 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 639, folio 246. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/1242s deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red. A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, subject to the building-line restriction contained in K. 54236, Auckland Land Registry, for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of September 1959.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 32 perches, situated in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 53, D.P. 43646. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1355, folio 50, Auckland Land Registry.
