NOTICE OF APPROVAL OF SCHEME
NOTICE is hereby given that a scheme, prepared by the Ngaio Progressive Association Incorporated, whereby the balance of a trust fund for the purpose of providing swimming baths in Ngaio, held by the said association, is converted to a trust for the purpose of assisting the Ngaio Lawn Tennis Club Incorporated in the establishment of certain amenities (which scheme is dated 21 April 1959 and is filed in the Supreme Court at Wellington) has been approved by Her Majesty's Attorney-General in accordance with section 48 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.
