Notice of Approval of Scheme

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 54 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, of approval by the Supreme Court at Wellington, on the 19th day of June 1959, of the scheme of the Public Trustee as trustee of the estate of Samuel Matthias Curl, of Waverley, in the State of New South Wales in the Commonwealth of Australia, retired medical practitioner, deceased, for distribution of the income to the Royal Society of London and the Royal Anthropological Institute of Great Britain and Ireland, notice and particulars of the said scheme having been given in the Gazette published on the 30th day of April 1959.
