Crown Land Set Apart for a Gravel Pit in Block VII,
Oamaru Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a gravel pit; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 31st day of August 1959.

SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 3 acres 1 rood 16 perches,
situated in Block VII, Oamaru Survey District, Otago R.D.,
being formerly railway land, being also part Sections 2 of 23
and 24; as the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 159802 (S.O. 9744) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 21st day of August 1959.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land first to
fourthly described in the Schedule hereto and the stopped
Government road fifthly to seventhly described in the said
Schedule is hereby set apart for the development of water
power (Roxburgh Power Scheme); and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day
of August 1959.

All that piece of Crown land containing 6ยท6 perches, situated
in Block VI, Whangaroa Survey District, Auckland R.D., and
being part Section 19; as the same is more particularly deline-
ated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159791 (S.O. 41511)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured yellow.
