Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 157 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the
Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 2 roods 10 perches,
more or less, being the land known as Section 6, Block V,
Otamatea Survey District. (M.L. Plan 14069.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 21st day of August 1959.

Declaring Lands in North Auckland, Hawke's Bay, and Nelson
Land Districts Vested in the Auckland, Hawke's Bay, and
Nelson Education Boards as Sites for Public Schools to be
Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto,
being an area vested in the Auckland Education Board, the
land described in the Second Schedule hereto, being an area
vested in the Hawke's Bay Education Board, and the lands
described in the Third Schedule hereto, being areas vested in
the Nelson Education Board, as sites for public schools, shall
be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged
from every educational trust affecting the same but subject
to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the
same at the date hereof.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
SECTION 14s, Streamlands Settlement, situated in Block VI,
Mahurangi Survey District: Area, 3 acres, more or less. (S.O.
Plan 24053.)

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT

Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon

Block IV, Otaio Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for soil conservation
purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 31st day of August 1959.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres 1 rood 17Β·3 perches,
situated in Block IV, Otaio Survey District, Canterbury R.D.,
being part Reserve 1263; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159828 (S.O. 9228)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 21st day of August 1959.
