All that area in the Nelson Land District situated in the
Waimea County, bounded by a line commencing at the north-
western corner of Section 13, Waimea West District, situated
in Block II, Waimea Survey District, and proceeding generally
south-westerly along the boundary of the Appleby Riding
hereinbefore described to the westernmost corner of Section
186, Square 2, Block VIII, Waimea Survey District; thence
westerly along a right line to the south-eastern corner of
Section 188, Square 2, again westerly along the southern
boundary of the said Section 188 to a point in line with the
eastern boundary of Section 184, Square 2; thence southerly
to and along that boundary to its southernmost corner;
thence westerly along the southern boundary of the said
Section 184 to the north-eastern corner of Section 22, Block
VII, Wai-iti Survey District; thence southerly along the eastern
boundary of the said Section 22, the eastern boundary of
Section 181, Square 2, the production of the last-mentioned
boundary across a public road and along the western side
of that road to the south-eastern corner of the said Section
181; thence generally westerly along the south-eastern bound-
ary of the said Section 181, the production of that boundary
across a public road, again along the south-eastern boundary

District; thence due east to the eastern side of a public road;
thence northerly along that side to the north-western corner
of Section 86A, Moutere Hills District; thence easterly along
the northern boundaries of the said Section 86A, Section 17,

Hills District, to the sea coast; thence south easterly along
the sea coast to the easternmost point of Section 3, Moutere
Hills District, Block II, Moutere Survey District; thence due
south to the north-western boundary of the Appleby Riding
