Limited Speed Zone Declared

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice that the road specified in the Schedule to this notice is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956.*

Situated within Matamata County at Hinuera—
The Tauranga-Pairere State Highway (from a point 20 chains north-west of the Government railway crossing to a point 30 chains south-west of the said railway crossing).

Time and Place of Elections by Fire Insurance Companies to Fill Extraordinary Vacancies on the Fire Board for the Kaiapoi Urban Fire District and the Fire Committee for the Rangiora Urban Fire District

Pursuant to the Fire Services Act 1949, the Minister of Internal Affairs hereby appoints 12 noon on Tuesday, 15 September 1959, as the time and the offices of the Canterbury Fire and Accident Underwriters’ Association, 137 Hereford Street, Christchurch, as the place, for the holding of a meeting of representatives of the insurance companies carrying on business in New Zealand to elect one member on the Fire Board for the Kaiapoi Urban Fire District and one member on the Fire Committee for the Rangiora Urban Fire District.
