A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

ALL that piece of land containing 5·8 perches, situated in Block XV, Tapapa Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Section 2s, Te Poi Settlement; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159749 (S.O. 38212) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
