COBHAM, Governor-General By his Deputy,

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of August 1959.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land described as follows:

0 1 15·8 Part Lot 2, D.P. 36610, being part Section 51, Block XI, Tapapa Survey District; coloured blue on plan.

0 0 4·5 Part Lot 4, D.P. 9707, being part Section 61, Block XV, Tapapa Survey District; coloured yellow on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159749 (S.O. 38212) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Waimate as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of August 1959.
