Appointment of the Boy Scouts Association of New Zealand to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the

Boy Scouts Association of New Zealand

to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a site for a Scout Hall.

Appointment of Member of Government Railways Appeal Board

PURSUANT to subsection (4) (b) of section 91 of the Government Railways Act 1949, the Minister of Railways has appointed Mr James Henry Olaus Tiller, Assistant Law Officer, Railways Department, Wellington, to act as a member of the Government Railways Appeal Board from 1 February 1959, until and including 31 January 1961, in all appeals by or against employees in the New Zealand Government Railways.

Declaration That the Enner Glynn Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Vesting in the Nelson City Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the Enner Glynn Domain described in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve, subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, pursuant to the said Act, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Nelson, in trust, for recreation purposes.
