A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of August 1959.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2·4 perches situated in Block I, Maramarua Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 11 of Section 3, Town of Mercer; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158550 (S.O. 40849) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand. this 4th day of August 1959.
