Land in the Nelson Land District Acquired as Permanent State Forest Land

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY

ALL that area in the Murchison County, containing 985 acres 3 roods 21·6 perches, more or less, being Sections 16 and 93, Square 46, and Section 4, Block XII, Sections 7 and 17, and part Section 18, Square 46, and Section 9, Block XVI, Howard Survey District, and part Sections 19, 20, 91, and 102, Square 46, and Section 28, Block XIII, Motupiko Survey District. All certificates of title, Volume 134, folio 44, Volume 136, folio 72, and Volume 146, folio 48. As shown on plan No. 108/96 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
