Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work to be Crown Land

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 3rd day of August 1959.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 32·4 perches, situated in Block V, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 11A 2, Village of Mangere. Part deeds index 25A 445, Auckland Land Registry; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.L. 13435 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon edged red.

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject as to Lot 21, D.P. S. 4931, to the easement created by transfer S. 132419 and subject as to Lot 8, D.P. S. 4484, to the building-line restriction contained in special order S. 133684, Auckland Land Registry, for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 3rd day of August 1959.
